COST CONTROLLER
Requirements:
- Good communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Computer literate
- At least 3 years experiences as Cost Controller or Asst. Cost Controller in a five start hotel
- Knowledge of Material Controls (Fidelio – Ifca & other Accounting) software
- Sound Knowledge of F&B cost controlling
- Good knowledge of Accounting Principals
- Is creative, positive and delivers new ideas for constant improvement of cost control, receiving and store systems and procedures, including tightening of internal control
- Able to prepare and Provides reports and information as may require by the Management and food and beverage department
- Good skills to develop and maintain effective working experience with co-staff, willingness to work long hours, meet deadlines
