Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a busy 5* resort chain operation
- Proven track record of key accomplishments at work place
- Excellent leadership skills in leading and coaching Team Members
- Excellent time management skills with ability to independently plan work and execute tasks
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent MS Office / HRIS software skills
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
