The Mirihi Island Resort is a very successful, unique, elegant and
small boutique hotel, located in the South Ari Atoll in the Republic of the Maldives. Only 36 tastefully appointed villas
are spread over the island.
We are famous for our excellent and personal service, which is one of
our USP’s. After almost 2 very successful years, our current local Guest Relations Agent will leave Mirihi in
order to look for a new challenge. Therefore, to complete our dynamic and successful team, we are looking for a
GUEST RELATIONS AGENT (Maldivian; female)

Who we are:
- A very unique and elegant, yet laid-back niche-product in the middle of the Indian Ocean
- A resort to be rated as a 5* boutique-resort with a year-occupancy of around 90%
- Our guests are mainly from Switzerland, Germany, the UK, Japan and Scandinavia
- Overall year we have more than 45% repeating-guests
- The Mirihi Island Resort is a privately owned company with three owners (two Maldivians and one Swiss)
- We are one of the most successful resorts in the Maldives and we are operating with an international team with more than 140 team-members (staff to guest ratio is 2:1)
What we expect from you:
- Scopes of work: Guest Relations, Boutique supervision, general administrative works
- An excellent knowledge and experience in the field of Guest Relations
- To assist in training and development of the team and to increase the quality and standard of services
- Excellent administrative skills with a talent for layout and design
- Excellent skills regarding organization and communication (internally and externally)
What kind of person you should be:
- An out-going, hands-on and dynamic professional with excellent communication skills
- A natural team player providing a very personal and unique service to our guests
- You should have very good skills in English (in speaking and writing)
- Working experience in Guest Relations in a resort is a must criteria
