STEWARDING SUPERVISOR - 1
Scope of Position: Responsible for general hygiene conditions within
the entire kitchen area, as well as maintaining the condition of all food and
beverage equipment and controlling breakage. To train and develop the team on
creative setups and buffet decoration/ displays and all hardware set-up for
buffets of F&B functions.
Experience: Minimum 3 years
of experience at similar role
Qualifications: Secondary School
or above
Special Skills: Supervisory
skills. Knowledge of all food & beverage equipment in hotel use. Knowledge
of applicable chemicals and cleaning procedures. Experience in stock taking and
ordering equipment.
Languages: Excellent
English communication skills both oral and written. Knowledge and abilities in
other languages is desirable. Knowledge of Dhivehi also seen as an advantage
