TRAINING MANAGER
Constance Hotels Experience is seeking a motivated professional to join
its HR team as the Training Manager/Assistant Training Manager of Constance
Halaveli Resort, Maldives. Reporting to the HR Director, the successful
candidate will possess a relevant professional qualification with hands on
experience in all aspects of the training and development function preferably
in a 5* environment. While assisting the HR team, the candidate's main focus
would be coordinating and conducting training programmers for all levels.
Excellent human relations skills, communication, presentation skills and
computer literacy are essentials with the ability to perform duties with
minimum supervision. Candidates applying should have isolated, island living
experience & preferably previous Maldives experience and express the desire
to excel while working within a team environment.
