Purchasing Manager 
Knowledge of food, beverage and operating supply products and purchasing procedures
Mathematical and analytical skills necessary to calculate percentage discounts, product cost, operational reports and comparative figure analysis through utilizing ratios and net weighted averages.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent people management skills with strong ability to plan, coach and development of talent
Three years of procurement experience at the senior manager level, experience of work in a remote area.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2-3 years 5* resort/hotel experience

Diesel Mechanic 
Able to rectify petrol engines and Yanmar engines unsupervised
Physically fit and able to work long hours under pressure
Able to do preventative maintenance
Good English communication both written and spoken
2-3 years 5* resort/hotel experience

Refrigeration Equipment Mechanic 
Physically fit and able to work long hours under pressure
Able to work patiently, systematically and thoroughly
One year of the minimum experience must have been in the areas of specialization of
Refrigeration Mechanics
Ability to manage all tasks of refrigeration & air-conditioning section
At least 5 years of experience 02 years in similar position in Hospitality Industry

Restaurant Manager 
The right candidate would have a good command of English, good knowledge of F&B service technique, good organizer, excellent motivator and leader with a leading by sample attitude!
Overall control of Restaurants, maintain the standard set by the F&B services
Minimum 02 years experience in similar position in Hospitality Industry

Restaurant Supervisor 
Excellent English communication both written and spoken
Good computer skills and able to multi task under pressure
Experienced skills in restaurant work and good knowledge of wines

F&B Captains

GCE O’ level standard

Executive Sous Chef 
As the Executive Sous Chef you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in managing the department within budget. Anticipate revenue/cost problems and report discrepancies to leadership.
Analyze financial and operating information on an ongoing basis in order to adjust labor, supplies, materials and other costs to achieve budget.
Ensure department staff is trained in control procedures as outlined by Internal Audit, and that these procedures are consistently followed.
Follow controls for food purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, etc. Keep waste to a minimum by planning actions and strategies that reduce spoilage, waste or other factors that cause food costs to rise.
Complete all assigned paperwork accurately and timely.
Read, write and speak and understand English.
Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them
College degree or certification in culinary field/hospitality field preferred
Minimum 02 years experience in similar position in Hospitality Industry
2-3 years 5* resort/hotel experience

Sous Chef 
Responsible for supervision of kitchen brigade within your designated area
Prepare market lists in line with the resort’s occupancy and budgeted costs

Chef De Partie 
To be responsible for maintaining, setting up, food production and quality control of all food items
To read and take immediate action on report relating to kitchen from Sous Chef

Demi Chef De Partie

Able to cook for different nationalities and specially should have very good knowledge in Maldivian cuisine and Good communication skills and able to speak & write in English
Minimum 03 year experience in the same field in a 5* resort

Chief Steward 
To be responsible for stewarding and hygiene for all areas of food & beverage operations, Deep understanding of F&B financial Inventory/Stock processes & Training systems
Inventory and control of all F&B equipment
Supervision, control and duty allocation to the Kitchen stewards
Cleanliness and sanitation of all the areas of Food and Beverage and HACCP awareness
Minimum 3 to 5 Years of Experience required

Reservation Supervisor 
 A hospitality graduate from a well recognized hospitality institute
Ability to communicate effectively in English and other languages
An individual who is self driven and a great motivator
 An exceptionally well organized and dynamic person
And must be very well presented
Working experience as a Reservations Supervisor in a well known 5 star international hospitality company.
A minimum 2 years experience as a Reservations Supervisor, currently in or just completed in the same position.

Reservation Officers 
Computer and Opera experience is a much as well Seaplane transfer booking, Proactive attitude, positive individual with excellent command of English in both reading and writing
To answer any enquiries regarding room’s available, rate and special events promptly and place details on follow up board
Able to handle demanding workloads
Organized with an eye for details
2-3 years 5* resort/hotel experience

Receptionists 
Computer literate (must be knowledgeable in Micros Computer and Opera)
should be able to professionally communicate in English
Additional language would be an added advantage

Water Sports Recreation Supervisor 
Must be able to work on all water sports activities

At least 1-2 years experience in a 5* resort property in the Maldives

HK Supervisor 
Knowledge of a housekeeping program, especially cleaning procedures and products use
Ability to supervise and manage a large work force
Flexible and capable to multi-task
Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
Excellent English communication both written and spoken
At least 1-2 years experience in a 5* resort property in the Maldives

Training Manager
Professional training skills and knowledge of working practices and principles in a 5-star hospitality setting
Minimum 5 years of experience in Managerial level preferably international hotels with proven record of achievements in people development
Ability to express effective, clear and concise written and verbal communication
Strong in driving results and people management and development
Create and maintain a conducive Learning Environment providing consultation, advice, assistance and support to operations
Coaches, counsels, disciplines and develops subordinate associates
Bachelor Degree preferably in hospitality and/ or in a relevant field

Nurse 
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
