Helengeli Island Resort is one of the last divers heaven on Maldives.
We are very well known for our amazing house reef. The island is located in the
North Male Atoll, about 60 minutes boat ride from the capital Male. We have 50
rooms placed in 25 double-bungalows spread over the island. The island
facilities are: 1 restaurant, 1 bar with big sun deck and pool, 1 professional
dive-centre (European staff) and a small but elegant SPA. Helengeli is also
known for the familiar and laid-back atmosphere as well as the very friendly
staff.

Restaurant & Bar Supervisor
Who we are
- 3*plus Island Resort with 100 employees and a very personal service
- About 75% of our guests are Swiss, rest Germans, English or Japanese
- 1 restaurant with 120 seats and a beach area where we serve once a week a beach dinner
- 1 bar with a big sun deck including a pool and a kids pool
- 1 beach bar for special events
What we expect from you
- Experienced skills in restaurant and bar work and good knowledge of wines
- To lead and guide our restaurant and bar team of about 11 staff
- To train and develop our enthusiastic employees
- To plan, organize and lead all F&B-related special events in coordination with head chef
- To handle all administrative duties like the staff-planning, the purchase and the creation of all beverages menus
- Very good skills in English (German and French is an advantage)
- The enthusiasm to work on a small island in the middle of the Indian Ocean and the conscious what this means for your live and for your personal environment

- A good team player and open for new experiences
- Working experiences abroad or extended trips to foreign countries would be an advantage
