An excellent opportunity for a Sous chef skilled in Thai & Indonesian cuisine to join the Viceroy Maldives pre-opening team. Reporting directly to the Executive Sous Chef you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Thai and Indonesian cuisine in the Main Restaurant and themed nights. We are looking for someone who is innovative and creative in the kitchen by bringing in authentic flavors of Thailand and Indonesia and presented in a new and contemporary style. Fluent in English. Must be single. Competitive compensation.
