1. HR Coordinator

- To coordinate all matters of work permits and visas.
- To assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and administration.
- Assist in communication of key messages to all staff. Promote employee communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from staff.

2. Guest Service Agent (Japanese)

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests, so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Facilitates an efficient arrival and departure formality for all guests.
- Assist guest in resort activity enquiries/requests.
- Ensure that established levels of guest service are maintained at all times within the reception area.

3. Bartender

- To understand and adhere to Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and to always be looking to recommend improvements to those procedures.
- To professionally set up bar at the start of opening, including liquor, icing, glassware, juices and garnishes.

4. Kids Club Attendant

5. Airport Lounge Hostess (based in seaplane lounge)
To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by maintaining the effectiveness of the day-to-day airport service operations, enhancing guest experience by being one of the key points of contact for guest interaction at the airport and sea plane lounge.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represents the resort at Male’ airport and sea plane terminal.
- Keeps himself/herself updated on the arrivals, departure and transport arrangements for the day.
- Ensures sufficient presence at the seaplane lounge for each guest arrival and departure at both international airport and seaplane terminal.
- Meets and greets arrival and departure guests at seaplane lounge and provides necessary assistance.

6. Chef de partie (Chinese)

Members of the Kitchen Department are responsible for ensuring that all visitors to the hotel are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of our food and beverage offerings in every area of the hotel, and that F&B is regarded as a strong point of differentiation for the hotel in its local market.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- With the restaurant chef, organize all activities within a Restaurant Kitchen area, ensuring a safe, smooth running and profitable operation within the framework of the Hotel.
- Support the development of Restaurant cuisine concepts and standards. Be familiar with local market & suppliers. Recommend menu changes according to seasonal product availability.
- Adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings to our guests. Continually look to recommend improvements and additions to the Anantara presentation guidelines.
- Maintain food safety & protection. All food in working areas should be in compliance with food handling techniques, including dating, proper storage, rotation, etc. Maintain basic food safety and sanitation practices.
