F&B Servers (Maldivian only)

.....• Fluent in both written and spoken English

.....• 2 years experience in 5* property in ala carte restaurant

.....• Good interpersonal skill 

Villa Dining Manager

.....• Fluent in both written and spoken English 

.....• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in 5* resort

.....• Must have thorough knowledge of restaurant administration 

.....• Ability to coach and train co-colleagues

.....• Ability convert mission into action

.....• Must have mathematical skills and Computer literate

.....• Ability to do goal setting for co-colleagues

.....• Should possess a Degree in Hotel Management

.....• Good interpersonal skill 

.....• Should be flexible and have outgoing personality

.....• Preferred Maldivian Nationality

Restaurant Manager 

.....• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

.....• College degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management

.....• 2-3 years as an assistant outlet manager, with a minimum 1-year fine dining experience

.....• Thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising and accounting

.....• Computer literate

.....• Good attitude and career oriented

.....• Flexible and outgoing personality
