We are seeking for a young, enthusiastic, qualified & experienced professional to join our company for the following position to accomplish the business development activities.
Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Salary & Benefits: Negotiable depending on experience and qualification
Location: Malé Office during pre-opening
Professional qualifications: Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management with a specialization in sales from a reputable institution or equivalent. Additional sales Qualifications, proof of Seminar exposure, Certifications and Associations would be advantageous.
Experience: At least 5 years experience in preferably Luxury Hotel Brands with operational experience. Experience working in top of the range luxury resorts, with refined personalized guest service and standards in multi cultural locations will constitute a definite advantage.
Personal attributes/Personality: High degree of focus on Quality, Team player, Proven leadership capabilities, Self starter, Plenty of drive and enthusiasm, Creative person, Always ready to challenge the status quo, Excellent organization and coordination skills, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Capable of adapting to different cultures and ways of life, Sound financial awareness.
