Job Task
...-  Facilitate the Arrival of guests to the resort and their check-in.
...-  Accurately convey information of the resorts facilities and options.
...-  Maintain accurate guest information in the resort operating system.
...-  Assist with arranging guest activities and excursions.
...-  Fulfillment of guest special request.
...-  Solve any guest issues or complaints.

JOB SPEC’s
...-  Young dynamic and highly motivated.
...-  Previous experience in similar position within a resort or other customer service based positions.
...-  Hotel School Graduates and / or experience in a similar position.
...-  Outgoing personality who fosters Customer relation.
...-  Computer literate.
...-  Experience working in a multicultural team including working in a resort environment.
...-  Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, peoples person and very service oriented.
...-  High level of written and spoken English and Japanese.
...-  Ability to translate between English and Japanese.
...-  Outgoing and social personality.
...-  Strong desire to provide memorable guest experiences by exceeding expectations.
...-  Speak another language can be an added advantage.
