We are looking for professionals to fill the following vacancies.
Dean
-We are seeking experienced candidates with a Bachelors degree or Masters Qualification for the post of Dean. Applicants should have sound knowledge/experience on the following;
- Responsible for the effective and correctly focused implementation of the teaching and learning policy and strategy of the College, and ensure that the academic offering of the College is both relevant and of academic excellence.
- Provide curricular leadership in relation to College-wide goals by initiating, sustaining, delivering academic programs and core curricula in accordance with strategic planning goals.
- Manage enrolment services and admissions policies and procedures. Recruit and retain new students in accordance with the enrolment planning objectives of the College. Coordinate registration process and monitor student records and be responsible for performing administrative functions of the College.
- Responsible for the human resource management related to academic and student services and as such, supervises, coordinates, and evaluates enrolment, registration and student support staff.
- Responsible for day to day operations of the college.
Salary: RF12, 850/-
COURSE COORDINATOR
- Diploma, Bachelors degree or a higher qualification;
-Candidates shall have sound knowledge/experience of academic administration in a higher education college;
- Ability to delegate & monitor work of subordinates;
- Coordinate Technical & short courses;
- Able to work effectively on multiple assignments simultaneously and adapt to changing demands and circumstances;
- Adaptable and ready to travel with little or short notice.
Salary: RF 8000/- to 10000/-
IT Administrator
- Bachelors degree in IT or related;
- Experience in teaching preferred;
- Familiar with current IT applications / Software;
- Candidates shall be able to organize work, meet deadlines, & posses interpersonal skills;
- Ability to delegate & monitor work of subordinates;
- Computer Lab. Maintenance;
- Assisting lecturers;
- Fluency in English Language.
Salary: Rf 8000/- to 10000/-
