SALES MANAGER – MALDIVES
We are looking for a Sales Manager for luxury resort in the Maldives, scheduled to open in mid 2011. Successful candidate should hold prior experience as a Sales Manager or with similar role in a luxury resort in the Maldives or a similar destination.
Job Summary:
Primary function of the job is to assist the Director of Sales to achieve sales targets and to manage the sales accounts and revenue targets, through existing and developing new tour operator accounts. This also includes negotiating contracts, planning sales activities by identifying potential customers, prepare monthly reports and maintaining good relationship with the tour operators. All work will be in line with the hotel’s guidelines and business plan, and corporate guidelines and service concepts.
