You should have at least 5-10 yrs experience in all aspects of Hot Kitchen in a 5* hotel / resort property. Furthermore you should be able to adapt to an island lifestyle in a remote location, a multinational staff and be flexible in your approach. You are also expected to be mature, focused, hard working and loyal and dedicated towards your work.
