Cashier cum Receptionist
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Take customer orders, process them and liaise with internal departments.
Follow-up customer orders.
Receive and process cash and charge/credit payments and provide change and receipts.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Process all purchase orders, liaise with suppliers and receive goods.
Deal directly with customers either by telephone and face to face.
Keep records of inquiries, comments and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Draft letters and documents.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Education and Experience
Completed GCE ‘A’ level with at least 3 passes.
Knowledge and experience of administrative and clerical procedures.
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Experience in the field of Food & Beverage is an added advantage.

Remuneration
Basic Salary RF 3,500.00 + Service Charge.
