Objectives
• The comprehensive programme will provide our trainee with the opportunity to develop the skills in management career in the hospitality industry.
Programme Overview
Each Management Trainee will:
• Rotate through major departments
• On-the-job training with executives
• Receive executive coaching from managers for ongoing professional guidance
REQUIREMENT:
• Fresh University Graduate
• Degree holder.
• Presentable, outgoing, self confident and ambitious
• Highly motivated team player.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Dhivehi
