Japanese Dive Instructor
Requirements
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Able to work flexible hours and shifts
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks continuously throughout the required shift. (i.e.; walking, bending, pushing, lifting and squatting)
- Pleasant and caring attitude towards guest and staff.
- Self motivated
- Must be a PADI qualified Dive Instructor
- Must have a good knowledge of English and Math’s
- Must have good outboard driving skills
- Must have a good knowledge of repairs and maintenance
- Must have good selling techniques and product knowledge
- Ability to instruct PADI Courses in Japanese
Reservations Agent
Requirements
- Has 1-2 years of relevant experience in 5 Star hotel/resorts
- Passed O-levels; Technical education in hotel management is preferred
- Possesses excellent English, math and psychometric abilities, proficiency in a foreign language is helpful
- Possesses aptitude and upward mobility
- Pleasant telephone voice and manner is required
Security Officer
Requirement

Food & Beverage Server
Requirements

Boat Crew
Requirements
- Excellent English, maths, psychometric abilities
- Passed O Levels
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in 5 star hotels or resorts is preferred
- Possesses aptitude for upward mobility
- Technical education and license in Maritime transportation is preferred
Yoga Instructor
Requirements
- Able to safely and responsibly guide an individual/couple/group through invigorating and encouraging yoga practices including asanas, pranayamas, dhyanas, mudras, bandhas and shadkriays.
- Be knowledgeable enough to discuss and communicate ideas regarding benefits of beginning and pursuing yoga practice during sessions or when invited to conduct lectures/workshops at the spa,
- Able to lead customized sessions of therapeutic nature (i.e pre-natal, any physical condition)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to bring the art of yoga into the lives of others.
- Able to ensure that the yoga studio is kept clean, warm and inviting and that the equipment is sanitized and ready to go.
- Able to assist and cooperate with our in-house ayurvedic doctor when needed and ensure that the right emotional and physical benefit is achieved by the guest.
- Be actively involved in the other day to day spa activities, including reception, assisting therapists and attendants when required.
- Able to be trained in therapy
- Diploma/teacher training course certificate from an internationally recognized yoga institute - 2 years experience as yoga instructor in a five star property will be a plus.
Housekeeping and Laundry Attendant
Requirements
- Possesses good English, Maths and Psychometric abilities
- Passed O Levels
- Has 1-2 years of relevant experience in Five Star Hotels or Resorts
- Possesses aptitude and upward mobility
- Possesses finesse and personal flair
Security Manager
Requirements
- Previous experience in security, military or police is preferred.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Possesses excellent English, math and psychometric abilities
- Able to formulate and present a comprehensive report.
- Experienced in CPR, first aid & fire fighting
- Previous administration in lifesaving and property protection situations.
- Manage and co-ordinate the whole team.
- Able to train all level of staff in department.
