Job Description:
- With the restaurant chef, organize all activities within a Restaurant Kitchen area, ensuring a safe, smooth running and profitable operation within the framework of the Hotel.
- Support the development of Restaurant cuisine concepts and standards. Be familiar with local market & suppliers. Recommend menu changes according to seasonal product availability.
- Adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings to our guests. Continually look to recommend improvements and additions to the Anantara presentation guidelines.
- Maintain food safety & protection. All food in working areas should be in compliance with food handling techniques, including dating, proper storage, rotation, etc. Maintain basic food safety and sanitation practices.
Qualification:
- Must have general knowledge of food cost.
- Must have 1 year minimum experience in a similar capacity and with preference given to 5 star hotel backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, innovative with a high drive for results.

Job Description:
- Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests, so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that established levels of guest service are maintained at all times within the reception area.
- Liaises with TMA in coordinating sea plane transfers for guests.
- Providing information on hotel services and facilities, as well as local attractions and general enquires as requested.
- Coordinating transportations for guests in collaboration with the Boat Captains, Bell Captain and Bell Boys including buggy, sea plane and airport transfers.
- Ensures correct documentation of all transactions at Front Office during Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts.
Qualification:

Job Description:
The Storekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the security of the
storerooms and ensuring they are organized and managed in a professional manner
as per established policies and procedures. Responsibilities will also include,

receiving and distribution of goods as necessary and to perform any assignments

Qualification:

field engineer for a permanent position who will be based in Villimalé.
However, the work will involve extensive travel across the country for a
nationwide rollout project.
Technician – Microwave Transmission
Engineering Division
The Role:
This role will involve commissioning and installation of microwave
equipments and repeaters at our sites.
You will also be required to undertake maintenance tasks of existing
installations as well as future installations. You will be flexible in regard
to travel via sea and air across the country.
The Person:
You will have experience of working in a Field Engineers role and must
have a solid understanding of Electronic and RF Microwave principles.
Experience involving installation of microwave equipments as well as a
background in fault finding and troubleshooting microwave equipments including
isolation and diagnosis of hardware, firmware and software issues.
Qualification & Experience:
This key role requires the following skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical and electronics engineering or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in similar role.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with vendors and peers

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check all equipments are in order and notify supervisor of any shortcomings.
- Regularly check channels for any reception problems, solve them accordingly.
- Record the picture and sound quality of channels and notify the supervisor of any shortcomings.
- Ensure that prayer time notifications are done on time.
- Ensure that program and content are censored as indicated in the rules and regulations of our operations. In addition, contact supervisor in case of doubt on whether a program should be censored or not.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- GCE O’ Level or equivalent with IT knowledge.
- Good Communications skills.
- Able to work in shift duties.
