Reollo Investments Private Limited, a well-established company, registered and operating in the Maldives, is seeking qualified, dedicated, energetic and hard-working staff, as part of our vessel & Dredger crew.

1. Deck Hands

Job Profile: Deckhands as mariners shall help with the various operations in running the dredger operated by the company. Deckhands will perform the following functions;
  • Looking after lines used to moor the dredger while in harbor;
  • Performing general maintenance duties such as cleaning and painting;
  • Helping with the day-to-day operation of the vessel, including keeping a watchful eye for safety and security;
  • Experienced deckhands may be asked to take turns on the bridge and spend time at the wheel of the dredger, relieving others who have done a shift, when the dredging operation requires less skill to operate safely.

Job Requirement:
  • Shall have prior experience as deck hand of vessels, preferably on a Dredger. 
  • The applicant should be medically & physically fit to be able to do strenuous work.
  • Shall have the ability to mix well with people with many different specializations & back grounds.

Salary: MRF5,000.00 per month.

Other Benefits: Food & Accommodation will be provided at work sites.

2. Boat Crew

Job Profile: Boat crew shall help the captain in the sailing & various other operations of the boat. Boat Crew will perform the following functions;
  • Sweep, mop, and wash down decks to remove oil, dirt, and debris, using brooms, mops, brushes, and hoses.
  • Load or unload materials from to/from Dredger/Vessels.
  • Handle lines to moor vessels to wharfs, to tie up vessels to other vessels, or to rig towing lines.
  • Stand watch in boat’s bows to look for obstructions in a boat’s path or to locate navigational aids, such as buoys or lights.
  • Operate boat equipment, such as winches, derricks, etc.
  • Chip and clean rust spots on decks, superstructures, or sides of ships, using wire brushes and hand or air chipping machines.

Job Requirement:
  • Shall have prior experience as boat crew of vessels.
  • The applicant should be medically & physically fit to be able to do strenuous work. 

Salary: MRF4, 000.00 per month.

Other Benefits: Food & Accommodation will be provided at work sites.

1.  QUANTITY SURVEYOR X 01 (Philipino)

Key Responsibilities
Contract Surveying: To carry out monthly valuations of work in progressAssist on preparation and monitoring of project cashflow forecasts Measure, value and submit contract variations
Communicate with Consultant/s on Preparing tender and contract documentsPrepare and submit All Quantity Takes for BOQ and BOM for Materials and Works on cross disciplinaryAssits on Contract AdministrationCheck and prepare certification of Contractor/s monthly valuations and final accountsAssist in preparation and adherence to project purchasing target and costing budgets
People Management: Able to work well within a team based environment Communicate regularly with project and management staff and ensure commercial controls are in place, understood and followed at all times.
Administration: Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with project schedules Monitor all commercial information in relation to project including labour, material and contractor/s cost forecasting thus ensuring budgets adhered to.
Supply all cost/budget/schedules and relevant information to the Development Manager for review at the specified intervals setAssist Development Manager with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.

Skill Requirements

Technically qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction Cost Management.
Minimum 5 years quantity surveying experience with a cross disciplinary (Architecture/ID/Structure/MEP) working environment
Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse & able to accurately measured cost and associated works on construction site
Multi tasking, self motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Have a good practical organisation skills, planning and programme scheduling.

Be able to provide both summarised and detailed reports, on project activities.
IT Literate and able to use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and AUTOCAD is a must

Personal Attributes

Good command of written and spoken English.
Communicate effectively across all levels of seniority from the workface through to Senior Management level

‘Can do’ attitude to work
Willing to travel to site

Remuneration: USD 2000/-

2. Site Supervisors x 05 (kanufushi Resort project)

- Minimum O/L or Certificate in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in as a Site Supervisor in building project
- Should be physically fit for working in construction sites
- Age limit: 22-45 years

Remuneration: Mrf 12000/-
  
3. Administrative Officer x 01 (Philippino)

Requirements:
Self-motivated individual with excellent customer care skills and good knowledge of all windows applications.
Good written and spoken English.
Understanding of HR processes and Procedures.
Should be a team playe.r
Energetic and enthusiastic in the respective field of work.
Attention to detail focused.

Salary: USD 850
