REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of a Chef Gardemanger
Good knowledge of Food
products in cold kitchen Buffet & all-la cart.
Assisting the Sous Chef with developing menus and setting standard
recipes which allow the resort to run at an acceptable food cost.
Enthusiasm and drive for excellence
Good command of written and spoken English
CHEF DE PARTIES (WESTERN FOOD)
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of a Chef de Partie
Good knowledge of Food products in cold kitchen Buffet & all-la
cart.
Assisting the Sous Chef with developing menus and setting standard
recipes which allow the resort to run at an acceptable food cost.

Good command of written and spoken English
KITCHEN ARTIST
REQUIREMENTS
Ensure proper daily
preparation and execution of carving and buffet decoration to exceed guest satisfaction and expectation work closely with the
pastry chef & Garde manger Chef in regards to the decoration as per
required standards
Assisting the Chef de
Cuisine in monitoring the use of standard recipes which allows the kitchen
department to operate an acceptable food cost
