Requirements:
Reporting to the Front Office Manager the
candidate should be -
- A High school graduate
- Charming, courteous and friendly.
- Young, outgoing , motivated and a team
player
- Smart in appearance and well groomed
at all times.
- Should be fluent (written &
Spoken) in English and Chinese.
- Having minimum 2 years experience in a
similar position.
- Knowledge in OPERA system would be an
advantage.
Food & Beverage Manager
Requirements:
Reporting to the General Manager, the
candidate should,
- have 2 years experience in the same
position in a 5star resort
- have a Degree in relevant area
- possess excellent knowledge in Food
and Beverage service and operation
- be a professional with excellent
interpersonal skills
- be able to deliver and provide new
styles and innovations
- be self-motivated, energetic and
willing to work in a challenging isolated location
- have the ability to lead, motivate and
communicate with multicultural associates
- possess excellent command over written
and spoken English
- be well groomed and presentable
- be financially aware and be able to
prepare budgets/forecasts and achieve targets
- have the ability to evaluate guest
satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- have the ability and willingness to
develop team members.
