Guest Villa Maintenance Supervisor

Scope of Position:   A STRONG FINISHING CARPENTRY background. Maintain and scheduling of the Guest room for maintenance to upkeep the standard of the Villas in terms of Maintenance

Experience: Exposure in Civil and Carpentry work along with general buildings repair in an Electrical background, upkeep of Guests’ Villa in all Preventive and Break-down Maintenance. The person should have 2-3 Years Supervisory experience in 5-star resorts in Maldives or abroad.

Qualifications: GCE O/L or A/L. Diploma or Degree in the required Engineering Field.

Special Skills: Qualified Guest room Supervisor must have extensive knowledge in Finishing Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing and Masonry works.
He must have required knowledge of preparing BOQ for the maintenance team to handle task at the Water Villas’ Maintenance work.
He must be a HANDS ON Supervisor with experience in International 5 star resorts
Multi-skilled leadership with a positive attitude

Languages:  Good English communication skills both written and oral. An offering of local language and their customs is highly encouraged
