  • Able to work with PVC, UPVC, PPR and HDPE Pipes.
  • Experience in a large scale projects would be an added advantage.
  • 3-5 years of Experience.

GCE O’Level Minimum C grade in S.S.C and English
  • With good command in speaking and writing the English Language and Dhivehi language

  • Minimum Diploma in related field
  • Strong knowledge of the Maldives travel & tourism industry and internationals markets
  • Must possess pleasant personality, positive attitude and strong inter-personal skills

Responsibilities
  • Contribute in increasing team efficiency by giving both operationally and administratively. This may include lowly clerical task, transportation of company records and needed supplies, reception back up and other courier duties.
  • Make an innovation for the creation of company procedures and policies as a means for improving company practice, work and organizational structure. The operations assistant may also be tasked with filing documents, keeping copies of company policy and procedures.
  • Provide assistance and coordination regarding company meetings and events.  This task may include some or all of the following; scheduling, invitation, ticket reservation, handling legal documentations.
  • To act as an airport representatives at the time of our arrivals and departures.
  • Upon the direction of the department head, the operations assistant may have to create standard operating procedures and establish spreadsheets and databases for the company.
  • To handle in packing and shipping of company correspondence and materials to both domestic and international destinations also to handle incoming cargo.
  • Prepare and Provide monthly attendance report
  • Perform additional related tasks assigned to him in his capacity as an operations analyst by his superiors.
