MediaNet Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking applicants for the following
positions.
HOD; Sales
Department / Section: Sales Department
(Report to: General Manager, directly answerable to the Broad of
Directors)
Main Responsibilities:
The performance of HOD Sales is key to achieving the Company’s revenue
and profit goals and is directly responsible for the sales force.
The HOD’s has a fundamental role in developing future growth, and
provide vision, direction and leadership. Specific duties include:
- Responsible for the
functioning of all sales channels including direct sales, corporate sales and online
and telesales.
- Achieving targets
for revenue and sales growth.
- Coordinate with the
Marketing Department to achieve alignment and integration between sales and
marketing functions.
- Ensure
accountability of Manager Residential Sales and Manager Corporate Sales.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters Degree in
Sales, Marketing or related field.
- A thorough
understanding of practical business process and sales processes.
- Three years
experience in a management post, preferably in sales or marketing and
experience in managing a large group of staff.
- Excellent PR skills
- Possess excellent
interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
- Excellent
communication skills
- A first degree with
substantial experience is also acceptable.
Salary: Mrf 18,000 to Mrf 25,000
Marketing Strategy and Communications Manager
Department / Section: Marketing & Customer Services Department
(Report to: HOD; Marketing & Customer Service)
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and
implement multi-media marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of tactics to
drive sales, connects and retention efforts necessary to exceed subscriber and
cash flow projections in a competitive marketplace.
- Day to day
management of media and creative agencies where applicable
- Responsible for the
adaptation and timely delivery of all creative assets to meet company’s
marketing and sales programs
- Prepare marketing
reports and help develop marketing plans
- Develop and monitor
the quality of website from the point of view of corporate image and as a tool
for sales and enhancement of customer experience
- Work with the HOD
Sales to develop sales and marketing collateral
- Support the Manager
Residential Marketing in the execution of local media plans
- Develop promotional
materials including marketing collateral and print copies
- Work with regional
offices on designing and implementing prospecting and client contact system
- Manage day to day
activity with PR, press and marketing communications agencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Degree or Diploma
in Marketing or related field.
- Experience in a
senior post in marketing
- Knowledge and
understanding of the Maldives consumer market and practical business processes.
- A good understanding
of marketing channels and media
- Ability to multitask
and attend to several issues without losing focus on any of them
- Experience in
managing staff
- Excellent PR skills
- Possess excellent
interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
- Excellent
communication skills
- A lower educational
qualification with substantial experience is also acceptable
Salary: Mrf 12,000 to Mrf 16,000
