Job Scope: Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk
such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of
all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.
Experience: 1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an
equivalent combination of education and
experience.
Qualifications: High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel
Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
Required Skills:
- Communication skills
are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third
parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Able to read and write
English
- Proficient in the use
of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER - FRENCH

Job Scope: Perform entry-level human resources and welfare services
duties in support of the hotel’s Human Resources programs and
philosophies. Provide basic employee
assistance, often serving as initial point of contact for human
resources-related matters.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent
combination of education and work-related experience.
Qualification: G.C. E O’level
Required Skills –
- Communication skills

demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties
that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Proficient in the
use of Microsoft Office
- Good writing skills
WAITER
Job Scope: Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to
guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established
standards.
Experience : Food service experience with general knowledge of
restaurant operations preferred.
Qualification: G.C. E O’level
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated ability
to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on
the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Alcohol awareness
certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as
required by local government agency.
- Able to read and
write English
