Requirement:   A civil project work back ground is required with a minimum experience of 2 years preferably in a supervisory role.

Job Scope: 
Quality control off the workmanship and materials throughout the project and to ensure good working practices and the highest standard of workmanship through constant supervision.
Prepare regular records and daily diaries using the prescribed clerk of work format and LT project management reporting documents.
Monitor health & safety at work Regulations and report daily to project manager, contractor and record any problems breaches of safety.
Maintain and keeping of contracts instructions and variations related to all site works. Check variations and their effect on following trades, services and associated details.

Position:  M&E Inspectors
Requirement:  Minimum 2 year related experience, preferably in a similar field of resort development in Maldives.

Job Scope:        
Ensure good working practices and highest standards of workmanship through constant supervision on M&E works.
Prepare regular records and daily diaries using the prescribed format and LT Project Management reporting documents.
