Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- College degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management
- 2-3 years as an Assistant Outlet Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager, with a minimum 1-year fine dining experience
- Possesses aptitude, management skills and upward mobility
- Good knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising and accounting
- Computer literate
- Good attitude and career oriented
- Flexible and outgoing personality
Food & Beverage Supervisor
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language,
- College diploma or higher, preferable in hotel and restaurant management
- 1 year as outlet captain or supervisor
- Thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising and accounting
- Computer literate
- Good attitude and career oriented
- Flexible and outgoing personality
Reservations Agents (2)
- Fluent English and additional languages desirable
- 2 - 3 years of experience preferred
- Technical education in Hospitality is preferred
- Willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks
- Excellent customer service skills. Fast and accurate. Able to demonstrate excellent diplomatic people & communication skills. Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure.
- Must be a self-motivator and motivator of others
- Must have mathematical skills, computer software aptitude and some hotel operation knowledge
- Knowledge of specific hospitality industry applications is desirable (Opera preferred)
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Demonstrates superior organizational skills
- Must have exceptional guest relation and interpersonal skills
F&B Attendants (4)
- Good English speaking abilities
- 1 year’s food and beverage service or related experience.
- Good attitude and career oriented
- Flexible and outgoing personality
- Fair knowledge of food, preparation and beveragesMust have exceptional guest relation and interpersonal skills
Spa Therapist
- Minimum 2 – 3 years work experience as Spa Therapist
- Able to do Javanese Massage, Balinese massage, Thai massage, Body Mask, Body Scrub, Aromatherapy Footbath, Manicure pedicure, facials and hair Scalp Treatment and other massage and spa treatments
- Good knowledge of English and communication skills
- Good manner
- Able to work in a team
- Relevant experience in resorts or hotels will be an advantage
- High grooming standards
Yogi/Therapist
- Good English speaking abilities and a foreign language ability preferred
- Has 4 or more years of relevant experience in Spa Industry
- Possesses upward mobility and aptitude
- Yoga teacher course
- Diploma in Ayurvedic therapies
- Spa Therapy Certification / Beauty Therapist license
- Excellent communications skills, leadership experience
Chinese Speaking Guest Service Agent - FO
- Must speak fluent Chinese and English
- 2 - 3 years of experience preferred
- Technical education in Hospitality is preferred
