Required Qualification & Experience:
Managing housekeeping office by coordinating and liaising with various
departments and ensuring guest requests are met in the given time frame,
promote an atmosphere that ensures the company values and departmental mission
statement of “Friendliness and Cleanliness” are maintained. Contributing to the
strategic departmental goals and ensuring full implementation of specific
departmental objectives / initiatives as required. Establishing and maintaining
operational excellence and consistently delivering a professional &
confidential guest and associate focused service.
Advanced knowledge of Opera & Micros required.
Ideally, the successful candidate has remote location & resort
experience, having an international brand background and from a 5 star
environment
