Head Sommelier
Qualification Summary
- A minimum of three or more years’ experience within five star luxury resorts
- Sommelier Certification. Attendance in Seminars, conferences, courses and other wine industry related events will be considered as advantage
- An excellent knowledge and work familiarization with wine lists that are truly international in scope and content
- Excellent English communication skills both written and oral. Knowledge and abilities in other languages would be beneficial
- Leadership skills
- Microsoft Office application literacy
- Cross-cultural work environments exposure
- Self-motivated and able to work alone but also be able to work as part of a team
