F&B Service

RESTAURANT MANAGER

• Diploma in Food & Beverage service or equivalent qualification
• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
• Computer proficiency, Train the trainer certificate or similar
• W.S.E.T. (Wine & Spirits education Trust) or similar certificate would be advantage
• Minimum 2 years as Restaurant Manager in well established luxury hotel/resort
• Strong leadership, creativity and training skills.
• Team worker, extremely flexible and ready to go beyond expectations 

F&B Kitchen

JUNIOR SOUS CHEF

• Minimum certified Trade Qualification and or an Culinary/Cookery Diploma or Degree
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good Communication skills.
• At least 2 years experience in Kitchen at similar position at 5* Resort/Hotel.
• Attention to detail. Friendly, co-operative and responsive attitude. Team player
