JUNIOR SOUS CHEF

Minimum certified Trade Qualification and or an Culinary/Cookery Diploma or Degree
Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good Communication skills.
At least 2 years experience in Kitchen at similar position at 5* Resort/Hotel.
Attention to detail. Friendly, co-operative and responsive attitude. Team player

CHEF DE PARTIE – Hot Section

Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good Communication skills.
At least 2 years experience in similar position at 5* Resort/Hotel.
Attention to detail. Friendly, co-operative and responsive attitude. Team player

COMMIS I – Hot Section

Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good Communication skills.
At least 2 years experience in similar position at 5* Resort/Hotel.
Attention to detail. Friendly, co-operative and responsive attitude. Team player

COMMIS III – Cold Section

Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good Communication skills.
