Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu is looking for an enthusiastic and creative team player to become a part of the Coco Palm family for the following position:

Training Specialist (Female only Local/Expat)

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years experience in facilitating Soft Skill, Behavioral, Attitudinal, On-the-job Training in five star luxury hotels and resorts
2. Should be a Self Starter with excellent Content Development and Documentation skills
3. Excellent Communication and Presentation skill
4. Minimum ‘A Level’ qualified with relevant diploma/ degree in Training/HR
5. Good computer knowledge of MS Office
6. Pleasing personality with a positive attitude and perseverance

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

• Diploma or Certificate in engineering is highly desirable
• Minimumof 2 years supervisory experience in the same position
• Knowledge in Cummins Generator, Reverse Osmosis Plant, sewage treatment plant, Electrical and mechanical breakdown
• Should be computer literate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good leadership and decision-making skills
• Fluency in English  ( additional language would be advantageous)

COMMIS 1

• Candidate with high school diploma/ hospitality studies an advantage
• Previous knowledge of kitchen procedures
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position

1. Chef de Partie – Associates’ Restaurant

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience within five star luxury hotel and resort in the similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of different Cuisines, food cost control and kitchen equipment knowledge.
• Ability to  develop menu, implement different concepts, new menu and products
• Ability to communicate in English
• Self starter with strong Leadership Skills to develop Product, Menu, and implementation of different food concepts

2.  Head Cook – Associates’ Restaurant

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience within five star luxury hotel and resort in the similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of different Cuisines, food cost control and kitchen equipment knowledge.
• Good knowledge of different curries and can implement different menus
• Good Communication and organization skills
