Assistant Chief Steward
Qualification Summary
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar /Supervisor role in a resort
- Supervisory skills. Knowledge of all food & beverage equipment in hotel use. Knowledge of applicable chemicals and cleaning procedures. Experience in stock taking and ordering equipment.
- Excellent English communication skills both oral and written. Knowledge and abilities in other languages is desirable. Knowledge of Dhivehi also seen as an advantage

available for the people who are ready to be a part of one of the greatest

RESTAURANT MANAGER
- Diploma in Food & Beverage service or equivalent qualification
- Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
- Computer proficiency, Train the trainer certificate or similar
- W.S.E.T. (Wine & Spirits education Trust) or similar certificate would be advantage
- Minimum 2 years as Restaurant Manager in well established luxury hotel/resort
- Strong leadership, creativity and training skills. Team worker, extremely flexible and ready to go beyond expectations
