1. Spa Therapist

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience within five star luxury hotel and resort as Spa Therapist. Experience in Maldives preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of different International Massage.
• Knowledge of Anatomy, pressure points, tissues, different massage style is a must.
• Ability to communicate in English
• Required certification and license from an accredited Massage Institute is a must.
• A pleasing personality with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience within five star luxury hotel and resort in the similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of THAI and Oriental delicacies, food cost control and kitchen equipment knowledge.
• Ability to  develop menu, and create rosters
• Ability to communicate in English
• Work with Executive Sous Chef to develop Product, Menu, and implementation of different food concepts

2. Chinese Chef

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience within five star luxury hotel and resort in the similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of CHINESE and Oriental delicacies, food cost control and kitchen equipment knowledge.
• Ability to  develop menu, and create rosters
• Ability to communicate in English
• Work with Executive Sous Chef to develop Product, Menu, and implementation of different food concepts

3. Chef de Partie/ Demi Chef de Partie – COLD KITCHEN

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience within five star luxury hotel and resort in the similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Cold Kitchen, food cost control and kitchen equipment knowledge.
• Ability to  develop menu, implement different concepts, new menu and products
• Good Communication and organization skills
