Executive Chef
- 3 - 5 years previous experience as a Executive Chef
- Experience in high end luxury hotels or Resort
- With Knowledge in SOP creation, MC systems, Ordering, Budget Control, staff training
- Experience and accreditation in HACCP
- Hands on management style
- Flexible in operation and able to work in remote locations / logistically challenging locations
- Have a good knowledge of Asian, European cuisine
- Able to lead a brigade of 35 colleagues including colleagues Cafeteria and stewarding
- Possesses aptitude, leadership and management skills and potential for upward mobility
- Must have a desire to teach and pass on culinary knowledge
- Very strong leader, communicator and trainer
Assistant Financial Controller
- 3 - 4 years of experience preferred in a senior role in a Finance Department
- Technical education in Hospitality or Finance is preferred
- Must have experience in more than one role within the Finance Department
- Must have Computer skills: Windows XP, Word, Excel, MS Outlook. Additional: Stock Control System, Point of Sales, Property Management Systems and Financial Software
- Possesses upward mobility and aptitude
- Must demonstrate attention to detail, be organized, have good communication skills – both written and oral, meets deadlines, be able to work autonomously, flexible, responsible, problem solver
- Must have the ability to act autonomously and be a problem solver
- Must be business focused, show initiative, business sense, understand role
- Must be accurate, show method, responsibility, method, self confidence, judgment, handling complexity, self development, and effort
- Must be a team player with maturity to work in a multi-cultural team, cooperative, develops relationships, resilience, and adapts with a willingness to change
- Experience in the Maldives is a advantage
