F&B SERVICE
Assistant F&B Manager (Locals and/or
Language Specialist, i.e. Chinese , Italian, French, Russian speakers etc.),
As a member of the F&B Service
Department. He/she shall be responsible for Food & beverage Service
Operations. A senior member of LUX*, he/she shall be responsible for carrying
out all necessary and relevant tasks in order to facilitate and maintain an
effective and efficient functioning of the F&B Service Department. Also
he/she should work closely with EXCOM members and advice in matters concerning
Food & beverage Service and Guests.
- Must
have good experience and knowledge of F&B Management Operations
- Effective
communicator and problem solver
- Good
administration skills
- An
outgoing personality with excellent customer care skills
- Thrives
on the interaction with people
- Ability
to respond and adapt to various situations and circumstances
- Must
be able to multi task effectively
- Ability
to work as a Team Player
- Must
be able to build and maintain a good team
- Must
have good managerial skills
- Must
be well versed with the latest Wellness trends in the world
- 4-5
years of experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort
- Knowing
an additional International language would be an added advantage
