We are currently recruiting two Waitress cum Hostesses, who will be reporting to the Restaurant Manager:

The aspirants will be responsible for:

• Making Restaurant reservations and up –selling
• Welcoming guests, seating them and ensuring that they are taken care of
• Taking the order & serving food & beverage items to the guests
• Preparing in advance food & beverage material and equipment needed for the service
• Guest Engagement

Job Requirements

• Experience in a similar position for at least a year in a Five star Resort.
• Should be young, energetic, proactive, dynamic, and out-going with problem solving spirit
• Should be able to speak and write in English fluently
• Should be Computer literate

Job Requirements

• Should have Excellent Knowledge of Wines & Cocktails
• Should be skilled in bar techniques for guest engagement.

• Must be able to work in all areas of the Kitchen depending on the daily requirements of the Head Chef

• Must be able to maintain and monitor high standards of cooking and presentation
• Should possess good knowledge of current food trends with reference to presentation and style
• Must be able to Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation

• Flexibility in working long hours
• 4-5 years of experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort

• 1-2 years of experience in a 5 star Hotel/Resort
