The Residence Maldives, Managed and Operated by Bonaventure Maldives Pvt Ltd, opened in April 2012 is looking for dynamic and career oriented candidates to join force with the company’s team.

The company offers excellent training and development opportunities for young Maldivian students at the Maldives National University. Our sponsored training programs are available in the following disciplines: Business Studies, Information Technology, Accounting and Hospitality.

Selected candidates will be enrolled into the relevant training programs commencing in January- February 2013. Candidates who have already applied and confirmed for their courses in the University can also apply to us for a Sponsorship.

Part of the recruitment process would include signing of a service bond with the company at the commencement of training.

Upon successful completion of the training program, the candidate will be absorbed into company’s permanent employment cadre. We provide excellent career development opportunities and shall offer an attractive remuneration package commensurate with branded properties operating in the Maldives.

Human Resources & Training Manager

To ensure that the Human Resources of the resort meets the Resort’s business needs and goals through the provision of professional, timely and quality Human Resources administration and services, including Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and General Administration. The day to day operational activity involves significant coaching and counseling of staff at all levels. This position reports to the executive assistant Manager.

Requirements: Minimum two years of experience as a Human Resources Manager, or significant experience as a Human Resources Officer Skills across all HR disciplines with a hands-on-approach. Internet savvy with web-based recruitment exposure preferred. Person Specification: You will be a self-starter and are proactive in driving results. With strong communication, inter-personal and influencing skills capabilities, you will thrive in a remote environment with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.

Working experience in a relevant position is a prerequisite and academic trade or professional qualifications are advantageous.
