We are looking for enthusiastic and creative team players to become part of the Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu team for the following positions;

Front Office Manager

At least Diploma or related certification in Front Office Management

2-3 years experience as Head of Department in Front Office in a 5* resort

Excellent in English both spoken and writing

High communication skills and good negotiator

Able to establish SOPs, calculate budgets and monitor adherence

Lead the Front Office Team and deliver results under pressure

Significant experience of Fidelio/Opera (reservations system)

Guest Relation Officer – German Speaking (Female Only)

High school graduate

Courteous and friendly.

Young, outgoing and motivated individual.

Smart in appearance and well groomed

Should be fluent in German & English. (A third language would be an advantage)

Guest Relation Officer – Arab Speaking (Female Only)

High school graduate

Courteous and friendly.

Sous Chef

Responsible for supervision of kitchen brigade within your designated area

Prepare market lists in line with the resort’s occupancy and budgeted costs

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Complies with company’s Hygiene and sanitation standard

Ability to train and motivate subordinates

Minimum 02 years experience in similar position in Hospitality Industry

2-3 years 5* resort/hotel experience

Training Manager

Professional training skills and knowledge of working practices and principles in

a 5-star hospitality setting

Minimum 5 years of experience in Managerial level preferably international

Hotels with proven record of achievements in people development

Ability to express effective, clear and concise written and verbal communication

Strong in driving results and people management and development

Create and maintain a conducive Learning Environment providing consultation,

Advice, assistance and support to operations

Coaches, counsels, disciplines and develops subordinate associates

Bachelor Degree preferably in hospitality and/ or in a relevant field
