We are looking for young and dynamic Maldivian / Foreign to fill the following post. 

Receptionist

• Welcoming and receiving guest & visitors of the resort with general inquiries, receives and check-in all new arrivals and attends to un-expected visitors.
• Operates PABX telephone console and provide efficient and courteous telephone service to resort’s internal & external customers and ensures all calls are appropriately managed.
• Greets customers and explain the facilities and services through suggestive selling techniques by offering customers the opportunity to purchase additional services.
• Maintains appointment and usage bookings for in-house activities, excursions etc.
• Deals promptly and courteously to all inquiries and listen attentively to customer complaints and refer them to the Manager, Records accurately all telephone or counter service request and complaints and issues to the appropriate departments.
• Effectively managing the guest check-outs.

Cashier

• Completes guest check in procedures.
• Posts charges to guest accounts.
• Handles paid outs.
• Transfer guest balance to other accounts as required. Completes guest check out procedures.
• Handles cash, travelers’ checks, personal checks, credit cards and direct billing requests properly.
• Dispenses guest records upon checkouts.
• Transfer folios charge to the non-guest ledger to each company’s master file.
• Balances cash at the close of shift
• On call for any payment.

Job Requirements Qualifications:

• Minimum one year experience.
• Computer literate (must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office).
• Should be able to professionally communicate in English.
• Additional language would be an added advantage.
