Position for Administrative Officer

The administrative officer will be responsible for everyday administrative and HR activities such as filing, making sure government compliances are met, recording daily employee attendance, training and developing staff to ensure maximum employee retention and enhancing employee welfare.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring government compliances such as payment for foreign employee visa payments and pension fund are met on time
  • Recording daily employee attendance
  • Preparing official letters on behalf of company
  • Conduct training & development of staff to enhance employee welfare
  • Conduct employee appraisals
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies
  • Ensuring relevant HR  Admin databases and filing are up to date

Basic Requirements
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Positive attitude & passion to work in the relevant field
  • Ability to work as a team player with individuals of foreign nations
  • Strong flexibility a willingness to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be fluent in written and verbal English
  • Ability to conceptualize and implement policies and procedures

Basic Educational & IT Requirement
  • Must have completed Bachelors Degree in relevant area (preferably HR or Business Administration)
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Ability to use ‘Dhivehi’ font in MS Word

Salary – Negotiable based on qualification and experience.
