Job Scope:

Experience:

• 03 years in hotel accounting or auditing experience or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience 

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field

Required Skills:

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Good writing skills

Head Chef – Staff Cafe’

Job Scope:

• Manage the Crew Canteen maintaining low cost of operation whilst ensuring high standards of service

Experience:

• 2 years experience as a cook or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.

Required Skills:

Chinese Guest Services Officer

Job Scope:

• Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.

Experience:

Qualification:

• High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

Scope of Position: Is responsible for the operation & maintenance of sand barge for transferring the sand from one place to another. Should have through knowledge of Diesel engine, winch operation and sand pump maintenance. Hands on in the maintenance of generator, sand pump & remotely operated winch.

Experience:  Minimum 2 years of experience at similar role

Scope of Position:  Yamaha engines Mechanic responsibility is the repair and overhaul the Yamaha Engine up to 200 HP. Sharp in Trouble shooting and repairing cum overhauling and preventive maintenance of Yamaha engine. To maintain the record of all preventive & breakdown maintenance.

Experience:  Minimum 2 years of experience at similar role

 Boat/ Fiber Glass Mechanic– 1

Scope of Position: The fiber mechanic should have good carpentry skill related to boat repair. Should have good knowledge and at least 10 years’ experience in fiber boat repair, anti-fouling painting, and use of fiber cloth, resins & hardeners in repairing the damage in boat structure. The anti-corrosive treatment of all exposed metallic parts. Minor/major modifications in fiber boats. Technical knowledge about the speed boat will be an added advantage. He needs to coordinate with the boat captain and boat mechanic for all regular checks, repair & maintenance. He should be sincere, hardworking and dedicated fiber boat mechanic.

Experience:   Minimum 10 years of experience at similar role
