- Must be able to work
in all areas of the Kitchen depending on the daily requirements of the Head
Chef
- Should maintain good
hygiene and should possess good knowledge of Health and Safety issues whilst
working in the Kitchen
- Must be able to
maintain and monitor high standards of cooking and presentation
- Should possess good
knowledge of current food trends with reference to presentation and style
- Ability to work as a
Team Player
- Flexibility in
working long hours
- 3-4 years of
experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort
