• Job Summary

Be responsible in developing and maintaining a team of people from diverse backgrounds. Strive to contribute towards the development of the members and company through various strategies. Accountable to manage the entire HR function of the company while liaising with the HOD’s of various divisions.

• Salaries and Remunerations:

Basic Salary:  MRF 10,000.00 to MRF 14,000.00

Other Benefits:  Medical Care, Leave Benefits, Career Development Opportunities and Salary Increments based on performance and company policy.

Skills and Competencies:

• Degree in HR or Management Administration.
• Five to six years work experience in HR.
• Significant experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management & Development
• Possess high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Friendly and courteous, approachable and with a genuine disposition of being helpful.
• Capable of establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Leadership within a diverse workforce.
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Dhivehi.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Well versed in recruitment, budgetary functions, personnel administration, benefits administration and overseeing staff accommodation.
• Demonstrates ability as a Team Player.
• Knowledge of computerized information systems used in HR applications.
