POSITION:  Customer Service Officer

LOCATION:  Male’, at the Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu TMA Airport Lounge

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL:

• Male or female individual presently working in a five star resort in Maldives and of Maldivian nationality willing to be relocated in Male’ at the TMA Airport Lounge operated by Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu. He/she should have his own accommodation in Male’, since the accommodation is not provided for this vacancy.

• Presently working as Receptionist, Guest Relation Agent / Officer, Hostess or higher.

• Will be fluent in spoken and written English

• Should have at least four years experience in Resort operation.

• Possess Fidelio/Opera knowledge.

• Possess dedication to customer service and customer care.

• Previous experience with Seaplane transfer operations.

• Able to serve food and beverages for a Lounge service.

• Self confident with positive attitude, a good spirit and a smile on his/her face.

• Able to work on flexible timing such as split shift and when required on hours dictated by the operation and guest needs.

• Able to work on Fridays and other public-holidays when required.

• Possess good communication skills
