You should have a sound understanding of hospitality excellence and its application to people management and development. Furthermore you should be able to adapt to an island lifestyle in a remote location, a multinational staff and be flexible in your approach. You will be mature, consistently focused, creative whilst utilizing available resources and dedicated with loyalty towards your work.
