Chef De Partie Japanese (Male or Female)

Job Tasks

• Must have teppenyaki experience and will be required to do all aspects of teppenyaki, and Japanese buffet.
• Must have resort / hotel / restaurant / island experience and must be willing to train fellow chefs in Japanese style food.
• When not required to do Japanese style food will be required to work side by side with other chefs doing day to day mise en plus and buffet work for the main restaurant.
• Must be able to converse and communicate in English with guests and alike

JOB SPEC’s

• Young dynamic and highly motivated
• Outgoing personality who fosters Customer relation. Computer literate.
• You must speak English and other international languages are considered as an advantage.
• Experience working in a multicultural team including working in a resort environment
• Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, peoples person and very service oriented
