Qualification
Applicants must have 1-3 years previous experience in similar positions with adequate academic qualification and be fluent in both written and spoken English. Degree/Diploma in a related field will be an advantage.

Job Tasks

• Facilitate the provision of resort run excursions, tours and evening entertainment.
• Maintain and oversee the use of resort facilities including; pool areas, beach areas, gym, games areas and tennis courts.
• Close working relationship with Housekeeping to ensure cleanliness of these areas.
• Sales of excursions and other options to in-house guests.

• Actively seek out guest feedback and anticipate guest needs.
