Administrative Officer
Qualification: 

  • Minimum GCE Ordinary level 2 passes above C grade including English and any other subjects
  • Preferably GCE Advanced level 2 passes including English

Requirements:

  • Computer literate  in Microsoft Office
  • Should be able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Solution oriented 
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as a part of team
  • Willing to work long hours if and when necessary
  • Work experience in a related field would be an advantage

Salary: 
MRF 3000- 4000 (depending on qualification and experience)

Executive Sous Chef


The successful candidate will be adapt to living and working in an island resort environment with an international staff and flexible in his/her approach.

Position Requirements:
European speaking, Michelin * experience is a must (apprenticeship or other position) with 5 * luxury hotel background
Must be incredibly customer and associate focused with passion and energy and exceeding our guest expectations is our number one priority
Team leader and totally dedicated to customer service, focused in maintaining and upgrading standards, entrepreneurial, creative, proactive management style
Ability to oversee inventory purchasing and control for products, equipment, and supplies.
Capacity to enforce company rules, regulations, and relevant safety standards
Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Diva Maldives is a five star deluxe luxury island resort operated by Naiade Resorts – Mauritius.  At Naiade Resorts we are committed to realizing our guest's dreams. 


We are looking for an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead the HR Department of Diva Maldives. The incumbent will be in charge of all aspects of Management and Development of Human Resources, reporting to the General Manager of Diva and Group Human Resources Manager of Naïade Resorts, directing a 7 person department (including this position). Considerable emphasis on staff training and development, wellbeing, communication and, in the rapidly evolving social and political context of the Maldives, on Industrial and Union relations.


Key result areas:
• Drives continuous improvement projects in support of the broader customer driven service culture of the resort of 500 team members.
• Work in partnership with the HR & Training Manager to deliver training across the resort.
• Coaches and be a role model for team members, develop people management/leadership skills and constructively coach team members behavior/ actions.
• Promotes Naiade Resorts performance management process by ensuring that team leaders apply proactive performance management solutions.
• Be a team member champion ensuring that the employee agenda is on priority on the daily HR business activities.


Profile:
• We are in search of a candidate, presently holding a similar role at a Five star resort with Island experience and minimum of 4 years work experience as a HR Director with strong interpersonal and training skills.
• Has worked ideally in the Maldives or other similar island resort environment
• Fluent in English and ideally in French
• Single or willing to relocate on a single status
